First, go to the desert and get a trapinch. Go to the daycare and raise to level 55-60. Then go to mauville and walk back and forth from the pavement across from the daycare, and mauville city. Once you are in battle with him/ her, just keep trapinch in, and keep throwing ultra balls until you catch it. (Trapinch makes it so it can't escape). Hope I helped!

Feebas is a very, very rare Pokemon that appears only at 6 water tiles at route 119. He is very rare for his evolution, Milotic, is too much stronger. It is very hard to find feebas especially when you lack patience.
At my very first time of finding feebas at Pokemon Sapphire, I caught mine at the third try. It is possibly luck because I don't follow some steps in finding it. Instead, I just fish whenever I feel.
To catch feebas:
1. Prepare for ultra balls (great ball could also use)
2. Fly to dewford town, speak to the kid above the Pokemon Center, the one who talks about trendy phrase. He will ask you, and say no. Change the phrases to "EXCELLENT LIFE". After you do, prepare yourself for a battle.
3. Go to Route 119, on the left side of house with wingulls you will see a pond, with a fisherman standing next, battle him for experience, otherwise, feebas will not be caught.
4. After the battle, stand just below him, face to the right then surf, swim a tile to the left then face upward. Here it goes:
F= fisherman
X= will be the spot
.=will be the water tile
O=will be the character
,= land tile

,F.X

5. Fish for feebas(i recommend old rod) for about 5 times, if you spot one, it will be an easy catch..

Go to Mauville, and on the side closest to the little pond, or the opposite of the Day Care, and go back and forth between the grass and the cement in Mauville. This isn't just for saphire, it's also for ruby, emerald, diamond, and pearl!
No codes and no button pushing. All you need is a registeel and a rayquaza and you are good to go! Just put them in the daycare center and wait probably a few days and hopefully you've got an egg. It may say it's a bad egg, but that only means it will take longer to hatch.

Snorunt is located in shoal cave by mossdeepcity all you have to do is go through all the ladders in the cave.then you will find a man walking around he gives you the focus band the use strength on the boulder move it aside and then go down you will be in a ice cave there you will find Snorunt around lvl 27

Bagon is in a Small room in meteor falls where you find the tm dragon claw I'm not sure where but you do need surf and waterfall.

Staryu is in lilycove city where the team aqua grunt is teaching the wailmer use your super rod to catch it

Mirage Island is an island located on Route 130. It is occupied by only one type of Pokemon, the pre-evolved form of Wobbuffet, Wynaut. The Wynaut range from Level 5 to 50, so try to catch as many as possible. What makes this island unique is that it's the only place in Hoenn that you'll be able to obtain the 36th Berry, the Liechi Berry. The Liechi Berry is used to make the Gold Pokeblock, which is the rarest and strongest Pokeblock.

You may notice that when you go to Route 130, Mirage Island is nowhere to be seen. That is because Mirage Island only appears when you catch a Pokemon that has a certain hidden number to it (called IV's). Once you get the Pokemon with that IV, you must go to Pacifidlog Town and walk to the very bottom, then go to the right-most house.Once inside, there should be an old man at the right of the house looking out a window. When you talk to him, he'll tell you if he can see Mirage Island today. If you don't have to the right Pokemon, keep going back with different Pokemon to see if Mirage Island appears.

If the old man does say he can see Mirage Island, go to Route 130 and the island will be there. Be sure to collect all the Berries and Pokemon you can because once the day ends, Mirage Island will dissapear again and you'll have to try and get the right Pokemon all over again.

Did you ever see 3 trees rite next to were you find registeel on the right top side it's wierd.
(if you did'nt unlock the cave yet then it's on route : 120 but you will find stairs go up them and you will find a pond and if you go up you will find tall grass go through it and you will see a rune maniac (try not to talk to him unless you want a Pokemon battle he will say : that giant rock ...I would like to believe it may indeed contain ancient ruins. But I see no entrance).

Directly after beating the elite four, when you are in your house, leave your house and walk out the front door. Immediately, fly to mauville town. Go to your right and surf around in the little pond/lake/inlet. Latias should appear. Use a master ball or if you don't have one, use mean look to prevent escape and try using different pokeballs.

I'm not realy sure if it's realy a glitch,but if you go in the grass on the route to the left of oldale town,where there is a guy standing in the grass right next to the pond,if you go in the grass and surf on the water and return to the spot in the grass you surfed from,youl be ontop of the grass not in it.but if you go to your bag,pokedex,pokenav,or encounter a wild Pokemon battle the second you return from the water,your inside the grass.ive done it and I think I'm the first to notice it,so it should work for you too.

It's simple realy(oh yeah you can duplicate any Pokemon by doing this aswell) just link up 2 GBAs with a cable, then just when the trade is olmost done it should come up TRADE COMPLETE ,youll have to be fast but if you turn off 1 of the GBAs (thats the one sending the strong or rare pokemon) just as it comes up TRADE COMPLETE turn it off and youll have 2 KYOGRES or GROUDONS, heck you could have an army of any single Pokemon you want, (and to get a masterball like I said before simply give 1 to your Pokemon that youre duplicating. To unlock the mystery event, you need to go to the petilburg Pokemon center and talk to the guy next to the p.c. He willl ask you to see your profile or your new profile, say yes. Next, enter these words exactly, " mystery event is exciting," and press ok. The guy will say that you know the secert words and that you are now apart of the mystery event club. Save the game, turn it off, and then turn it back on. Now when you start to play, the openning page will say... Continue, new game, MYSTERY EVENT(S), and of course, options.

To hatch eggs quick get a Pokemon with magama armour like (slugma). Other way is get a acro bike then go near mauville desert and try to go up the slope and you will fall back down keep pressing up or put tape of something to way it down before you know it your eggs will have hatched. (with a Pokemon that has the special ability of magma armour this will go twice as fast!

I am sorry if this is already here, but anyway, here it is.
If you want a level hu8ndred, put 2 Pokemon in the day care, and then go and get an acro bike. Go to a mud hill, and then bike up it. You should fall down. Leave this all night, using a charger, and hold down the up button. Hopefully you should have 2 levels hundreds! If not, keep biking up until it works. Happy Playing. ;-)
